1. Purpose of the service

Portify.cv is an online platform that lets users create, store, and share their professional CVs, portfolios, and presentations in digital form using ready-made templates.

2. Account & security

• Registration: Users must register with accurate information to use the service.
• Confidentiality: Users are responsible for keeping their login and password confidential. All actions performed through your account are considered done by you.
• Account suspension: If you submit false information or impersonate someone else, Portify.cv reserves the right to delete your account without prior notice.

3. Content & responsibility

• Accuracy: Portify.cv accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of the information, experience, or education history that users add to their CV. This is solely the user's responsibility.
• Third parties: If you publish or share your CV publicly, you accept the risks of third parties (employers, search engines, etc.) using that information.

4. Payments & promo codes

• Paid services: Our platform offers some additional templates and features via paid subscription.
• Promo codes: You are responsible for entering a promo code correctly. Once a payment is confirmed or a code has been used, it cannot be reversed.
• Refunds: Because of the nature of digital services, no refunds are issued after access to the service has been granted.

5. Intellectual property & usage rights

• Designs & templates: Users may freely copy, use, and print CV designs and layouts on Portify.cv for personal purposes (job applications, presentations, etc.). We don't restrict personal use of the designs.
• Brand & trademarks: Without written permission from Lean Growth Hub, the platform names ("Portify.cv", "Portify"), the company names ("Lean Growth Hub", "LGH"), and their official logos and marks may not be used commercially, mentioned on other websites or products, or copied.
• Software: The platform source code, system, and database are property of Lean Growth Hub. Acquiring or replicating them on another system without permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

• Downtime: We are not liable for damages caused by the site being temporarily unavailable due to technical updates, server errors, or force majeure.
• Data loss: We recommend you back up your data regularly (e.g. downloading as PDF). We are not liable for compensation if data is lost due to unexpected system errors.

7. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms of service at any time. Changes are published on the site with the "Last updated" date refreshed. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
